Ingredients
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 sleeve buttery round crackers (like Ritz), crushed
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top, followed by the crushed crackers.
