Description

This creamy Crockpot Ranch Chicken is the perfect easy weeknight dinner—rich, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. Tender chicken breasts slow-cook in a velvety ranch-seasoned sauce that pairs beautifully with rice, mashed potatoes, or veggies. A true family favorite that requires almost no effort!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.

  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.

  5. Shred or serve whole, spooning plenty of sauce over the top.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Chicken thighs can be used instead of chicken breasts for extra tenderness.

  • The sauce thickens as it cools—perfect for leftovers.

  • Add a tablespoon of butter before cooking for an even richer flavor.
