Description

This Crockpot Gooey Cinnamon Roll Dump Cake is the easiest way to enjoy homemade comfort with almost no effort! Sweet, buttery, and full of warm cinnamon flavor, this cozy slow-cooker dessert comes together in minutes and fills your kitchen with the most irresistible aroma. Perfect for brunch, holidays, or lazy weekends when you want something extra delicious and stress-free.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters.

  3. Place the cinnamon roll pieces into the crockpot.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Pour this mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.

  5. Drizzle the heavy cream over the top.

  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the cinnamon rolls are cooked through and the cake is gooey.

  7. Remove the lid and let the cake cool for a few minutes.

  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Drizzle the glaze over the cake before serving.

  9. Serve warm and enjoy that gooey, sweet perfection!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts over the top before cooking.
Add a few apple slices or a spoonful of pumpkin puree for a fun fall twist.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds for that fresh-from-the-crockpot texture.
Delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce!
