Ingredients
-
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
-
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture)
-
¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles (patted dry)
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
-
Nonstick spray or parchment paper (for easy cleanup)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick spray.
-
Mix ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs (if using). Stir until well mixed.
-
Shape bites: Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture and form into bite-sized mounds or balls. Place evenly spaced on your baking sheet.
-
Bake: Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
-
Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
For extra crispiness, blot chopped pickles with a paper towel before mixing.
Want some spice? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños.
These can also be air-fried at 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days and reheat in an oven or air fryer to keep them crispy.
