Description

For the Chicken:

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 34 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken:
    Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. Sear the Chicken:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. Make the Garlic Sauce:
    Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add Cream & Cheese:
    Pour in the cream and stir continuously. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickened.

  5. Add Spinach (Optional):
    Stir in chopped spinach and simmer for 2–3 minutes until wilted.

  6. Combine & Serve:
    Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for 1 more minute, then remove from heat. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Swap chicken breasts for boneless thighs if you prefer a juicier cut.

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for the creamiest texture.

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove with a splash of cream.
