Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup light cream or heavy cream
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Season the Chicken:
Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.Make the Garlic Sauce:
Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.Add Cream & Cheese:
Pour in the cream and stir continuously. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickened.Add Spinach (Optional):
Stir in chopped spinach and simmer for 2–3 minutes until wilted.Combine & Serve:
Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for 1 more minute, then remove from heat. Serve hot.
Notes
Swap chicken breasts for boneless thighs if you prefer a juicier cut.
Use freshly grated parmesan for the creamiest texture.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove with a splash of cream.
