Description

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 4 strips bacon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 1 large flour tortilla

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup chopped lettuce

  • ¼ cup diced tomato

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon sour cream


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Cook bacon until crispy, about 5–7 minutes, flipping occasionally. Remove and set aside on paper towels.

  3. Drain most of the bacon grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet.

  4. Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook 6–8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F). Let rest 5 minutes.

  5. While resting, crumble bacon. Slice chicken into strips.

  6. In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning with 1 tablespoon water. Toss chicken in the mixture to coat.

  7. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.

  8. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the mayo-sour cream mix down the center.

  9. Layer on chicken, both cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.

  10. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.

  11. Reheat the skillet over medium heat and place wrap seam-side down. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

  12. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Use pre-cooked chicken or crispy chicken tenders for a shortcut.
Spice it up with hot sauce or jalapeños.
