Ingredients

2 cups mashed potatoes (cold or leftover)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for coating)

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, chicken, cheese, egg, green onions, and seasonings.

Shape into doughnut rings using hands or a cutter.

Coat each doughnut in flour, then breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Fry doughnuts until golden brown and crisp on all sides.
