  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions and minced garlic for about 3 minutes until softened.

  6. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
