2 tbsp butter

1 cup beef broth

12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 ½ cups half and half (or whole milk)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, adjust for spice preference)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in onion and garlic, cooking for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.

Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Stir well and cook for 1 minute.

Melt butter into the mixture, then pour in beef broth. Scrape the bottom of the skillet for extra flavor and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook bowtie pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
