For the Whipped Feta:
-
1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese
-
½ cup cream cheese (or Greek yogurt)
-
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Optional Toppings:
-
2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
-
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
-
1 tablespoon honey

-
Crackers, pita chips, crostini, or fresh veggies
Instructions
-
Make the cranberry sauce:
Add orange juice, sugar, and cranberries to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, until most cranberries burst. Mash gently and stir until thickened. Cool 15–20 minutes. -
Make the whipped feta:
Add feta, cream cheese, and olive oil to a food processor. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add water 1 teaspoon at a time until creamy. -
Assemble:
Spread whipped feta into a bowl and swirl with a spoon. Spoon cooled cranberry sauce on top. Add pistachios, red pepper flakes, and honey if using. -
Serve with crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies.
Notes
You can make the cranberry sauce up to 3 days ahead.
Greek yogurt creates a tangier, lighter dip.
Add more red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
