Description
This creamy Club Sandwich Pasta Salad combines rotini pasta with ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato in a tangy ranch-mayo dressing. It’s the perfect make-ahead recipe for potlucks, family dinners, or meal prep.
Ingredients
12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
8-ounce block of cheddar cheese, cubed
1 tomato, diced
1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cup lunch meat ham, diced
1 cup lunch meat turkey, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta until al dente (about 9–11 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add the cubed cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, lettuce, diced tomato, ham, and turkey to the pasta.
Stir in the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning, tossing until everything is evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to let the flavors develop.
Before serving, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, wait to add the lettuce until just before serving.
Swap ham and turkey with rotisserie chicken if preferred.
If the pasta salad looks a little dry after chilling, stir in an extra spoonful of mayonnaise.
