These Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are the ultimate no-bake holiday treat—soft, sweet, colorful centers coated in creamy white chocolate and topped with festive sprinkles. Perfect for parties, gifting, or adding a little Christmas magic to your dessert table.
Ingredients
-
1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
-
1 cup white chocolate or white candy melts
-
2–3 tablespoons festive sprinkles
-
¼ cup red candy melts (optional for drizzle)
-
Green sanding sugar, for topping
Instructions
-
Break apart the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into a large bowl.
-
Use a handheld mixer on medium speed for 1 minute to create a soft, crumbly dough.
-
Add festive sprinkles and mix again until evenly combined.
-
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into smooth truffle balls.
-
Place each truffle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
-
Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to help them firm up.
-
Melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each burst until smooth.
-
Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate and let excess drip off.
-
Place coated truffles back on parchment paper.
-
Melt red candy melts and drizzle over truffles if desired.
-
Sprinkle with green sanding sugar while the coating is still wet.
-
Allow truffles to set at room temperature or chill briefly until firm.
Notes
If the mixture feels too soft, chill it for 5 extra minutes before rolling.
Candy melts are easier for dipping than traditional white chocolate.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
These also freeze well—just thaw in the fridge before serving.
