Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to help the bars bake evenly.

In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until well combined.

Pour in the melted butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.

Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts (if using).

Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan, pressing it into an even layer.
