  • 23 red chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Pizza Toppings:

  • 1 cup chili garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese (optional)

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Make the Dough:

    • In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  2. Prepare the Chili Garlic Chicken:

    • Mix olive oil, garlic, chilies, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, and spices in a bowl.

    • Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
