Ingredients
1 (6.9 oz) box Rice-a-Roni, Chicken flavor
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
Cook Rice-a-Roni
Prepare the Rice-a-Roni according to the package instructions. Set aside.
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix Casserole
In a large bowl, combine cooked Rice-a-Roni, shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until fully blended.

Prepare Topping
