Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Cook Rice-a-Roni

    • Prepare the Rice-a-Roni according to the package instructions. Set aside.

  2. Preheat Oven

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  3. Mix Casserole

    • In a large bowl, combine cooked Rice-a-Roni, shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until fully blended.
