- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and additional seasoning.
- Rub the herb mixture evenly onto the drumsticks and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the drumsticks in the Instant Pot and add ½ cup water.
- Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 18 minutes.
- Allow a 5-minute natural release, then carefully remove the drumsticks and serve hot.
Notes
For an extra crispy finish, broil the drumsticks in the oven for 3–5 minutes after cooking. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for added freshness.
