Description

This Chicken Crust Pizza is a delicious low-carb twist on traditional pizza, made with a flavorful chicken-and-Parmesan base topped with melty mozzarella, tomatoes, and fresh basil. It’s quick, hearty, and perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

Toppings

  • ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce

  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

  • 1 large tomato, sliced (or cherry tomatoes)

  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make the Crust:
    In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Shape the Crust:
    Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press into a round pizza shape about ¼-inch thick.

  4. Bake the Crust:
    Bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is cooked through.

  5. Add Toppings:
