Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)
6 slices deli ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Roll the dough into a 12×14 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise (if using). Spread over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
Layer Swiss cheese, ham, and chicken evenly across the dough.
Fold the sides in and roll tightly into a log from the long side. Seal the seams and ends.
Place on baking sheet seam-side down. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Use shredded rotisserie chicken for a time-saving shortcut.
Swap Swiss with provolone or mozzarella if preferred.
