- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine with dry ingredients and olive oil; knead for 8-10 minutes. Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours.
Prepare the Filling:
- Mix shredded chicken, cheeses, spinach, and seasonings in a bowl.
Assemble the Calzone:
- Roll out dough into 4 circles. Add marinara sauce and filling to one half; fold and seal.
Bake:
- Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with Parmesan and seasoning, and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Serve:
