Ingredients
2 croissants
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
½ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
¼ cup croutons, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice croissants in half horizontally and place on a baking sheet, cut-side up.
Drizzle with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and Caesar dressing.
Add grated Parmesan and mix well.
