Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped eggs, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently stir until all ingredients are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
