Description

This Chicken Alfredo Tater Tot Casserole is the ultimate comfort food mash-up! Creamy Alfredo sauce, tender shredded chicken, sweet peas, and a golden layer of crispy tater tots all topped with gooey melted mozzarella—easy to make, family-approved, and perfect for busy weeknights

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, frozen peas, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  4. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.

  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
