Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Assemble the rolls: Lay cooked lasagna noodles on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the filling evenly over each noodle, then roll them up tightly.

  4. Arrange in the dish: Pour 1 cup of Alfredo sauce into the prepared baking dish, then place the lasagna rolls seam-side down in the dish.

  5. Top with sauce and cheese: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
