Ingredients

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, pecans, and cocoa powder.

Stir in bourbon, cherry extract, and corn syrup until the mixture forms a thick dough.

Scoop and roll into small balls, pressing a maraschino cherry into the center of each.

Freeze balls for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
