Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan until fully liquid.

Mix seasonings into the melted butter: garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika (if using), and cayenne (if using). Stir well.

Add cheeses (Parmesan and cheddar) into the butter mixture and stir to combine. The mixture will be thick.

Coat crackers: Place Ritz Bits in a large bowl. Pour the cheesy garlic butter mixture over them and gently toss until evenly coated.

Spread evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd.

Re-crisp in a 300°F oven for 5 minutes if needed.
