A sweet-and-tangy chicken dish smothered in a bold Catalina dressing glaze. Perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Catalina dressing
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Chicken: Trim fat, pat dry, and season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Make Sauce: Whisk Catalina dressing, ketchup, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook:
    • Oven: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes to caramelize.
    • Grill: Grill over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side, basting with sauce.
    • Slow Cooker: Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
     
  4. Serve with extra sauce and sides like rice or veggies.
