Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine buttermilk and Cajun seasoning. Add chicken breasts and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.

Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
