Description

This Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bake is the ultimate comfort food—cheesy, spicy, and wrapped in golden pizza dough. Made with tender chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, and melted cheese, it’s perfect for busy weeknights, game days, or feeding a hungry crowd.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the buffalo wing sauce until fully coated. Stir in the ranch dressing and olive oil.

  3. Roll the pizza dough out on a floured surface into a long rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.

  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.

  6. Carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges and ends to seal.

  7. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

  9. Let rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken works great and saves time.
For less heat, use mild buffalo sauce or add extra ranch.
Serve with ranch, blue cheese, or pizza sauce for dipping.
Leftovers reheat well in the oven or air fryer.
