Instructions

Prepare the Bruschetta:
In a bowl, combine diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently and let sit for 10 minutes to marinate. -
Make the Cheese Base:
In a food processor, blend feta, softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil for 3–4 minutes until smooth. Taste and add salt if needed. -
Assemble the Dip:
Spread the creamy cheese mixture into a shallow serving dish. Spoon the marinated tomatoes over the top. Finish with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and grated Parmesan. Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or veggies.
