Ingredients
3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup fresh basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced or mozzarella balls)
2 ripe tomatoes, diced or sliced
4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
Optional: balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.Rest and Slice
Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then slice into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.Prepare the Tortillas
Lay tortillas flat and spread a generous layer of basil pesto across each one.Add Fillings
Layer sliced chicken, fresh mozzarella, and diced tomatoes in the center of each tortilla.Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides and roll tightly from one end to the other. Cut in half if desired.Serve

You can use rotisserie chicken for an even faster prep.
