Description

Juicy, buttery, and packed with bold flavor, this Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken is your new favorite go-to dinner! Grilled to perfection and smothered in a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce, it’s easy, quick, and sure to wow your family.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken & Marinade:

  • 2 pounds of chicken tenderloins

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Spice Mixture:

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter

  • 10 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create the spice mixture.

  2. Place chicken tenderloins in a large zip-top bag, pour in the spice mixture, seal, and massage to coat. Let it marinate while you prep the sauce.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Cook until melted and fragrant. Remove from heat.

  4. Set aside 1/3 of the sauce for serving; keep the rest warm for basting.

  5. Heat Blackstone griddle to medium-high. Add chicken and sear for 5 minutes.

  6. Flip and baste with the garlic Parmesan sauce. Cook another 5 minutes.

  7. Continue flipping and basting until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F.

  8. Plate the chicken and drizzle with the reserved sauce. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

Want less heat? Skip the hot sauce or reduce red pepper flakes.
No Blackstone? Use a cast iron skillet on the stovetop.
Perfect with pasta, salad, or garlic bread!
