Big Mac Wraps are an easy, delicious twist on the classic burger. Packed with seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, and special sauce, they’re perfect for a quick weeknight meal!
Ingredients
For the Wraps:

1 pound ground beef (85/15 or 90/10 for flavor without too much grease)

4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size works best)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American for that classic vibe)

½ cup dill pickles, chopped

For the Special Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Instructions

Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Taste and adjust as needed.

Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 7–10 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease if needed.

Warm tortillas: Microwave for 10–15 seconds or heat briefly in a skillet.

Assemble wraps: Spread sauce on each tortilla, then layer with beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheese. Fold tightly like a burrito.

Optional crisp: Toast wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.

Use ground turkey or chicken as a lighter alternative to beef.
