Description

Big Mac Wraps are an easy, delicious twist on the classic burger. Packed with seasoned beef, lettuce, cheese, and special sauce, they’re perfect for a quick weeknight meal!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Wraps:

  • 1 pound ground beef (85/15 or 90/10 for flavor without too much grease)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size works best)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American for that classic vibe)

  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

  • ½ cup dill pickles, chopped

  • ¼ cup diced onions (optional)

For the Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Taste and adjust as needed.

  2. Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 7–10 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease if needed.

  3. Warm tortillas: Microwave for 10–15 seconds or heat briefly in a skillet.

  4. Assemble wraps: Spread sauce on each tortilla, then layer with beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheese. Fold tightly like a burrito.

  5. Optional crisp: Toast wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.

  6. Serve: Slice in half, serve with extra sauce for dipping, and enjoy!

Notes

Use ground turkey or chicken as a lighter alternative to beef.
Make the sauce ahead—it keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Toasting the wrap adds a satisfying crunch and helps keep everything in place.
