- Fajita Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season: In a small bowl, mix together all the fajita seasoning ingredients. Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken and vegetables, tossing to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Cook: Place the seasoned chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The chicken should be cooked through and the vegetables tender with slight charring.
